Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund.

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns & Exchange

We accept the return or exchange of products. 

Customers have the right to apply for a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery of the product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address. 

The consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee. 

The specific fee is based on the carrier company of the consumer's choice.

 

What is your return & exchange policy?

We gladly accept the United States returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. International returns are not acceptable. 

Please contact us no later than 30 days after you have received your parcel.

After this time we cannot guarantee that the return or exchange request will be accepted.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, and accessories.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with their original tags.

③With electronic replacements, if the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or damage, please reach out to the manufacturer first for the replacement/exchange of the item. For return, please contact us. 

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.

Shipping cost for the returned packages is shouldered by customers.

If The package incurs any import duty when arriving in customs, we will invoice you via email and tell you how much it is that needs to be shouldered by your side.

Pls email us @  support@coilyhaircare.com with the below information once you process the return. (This is so we are able to obtain and process the return efficiently according to our policies.)

  • Email Title: Return;
  • Body of Email: Order Number; Total pieces of the return items;
  • Tracking Number; Shipping Company;  Reason for Return

Only when we receive the returned item(s) we can issue a refund or exchange.
